From Cologne’s many 19th- and 20th-century private art collections and foundations have grown equally many museums–museums whose buildings continue to shape the architecture of the city. This walking tour will focus on three Cologne museums–the Museum of Applied Art, the Museum Ludwig and the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum–and will feature discussions of their architecture, their art concentrations, and their interesting interlinked histories.
